HDM hires and trains on-the-job full time and permanent part time cnc lathe and/or mill machinists, assembly technicians, MIG welders, painters and material handlers.  Fulltime employee can choose from 4 different shifts; 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a or full time 3 day work week 5pm-6am Sun-Tue or Wed-Fri.  Benefits and wages are competitive and include but are not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurances, 401K with Employer Match, Paid PTO and Paid Holidays, tool purchase program and annual boot allowance.
