Thompson Precision is a world-class aerospace manufacturing facility located in the beautiful Flathead Valley of Montana. Situated on a working farm, overlooking the Whitefish river with the back drop of the Swan mountain range, there could be no more beautiful spot on earth to build mission-critical engine components destined for space. 

Here, our employees can spend their working hours practicing their craft and their ample time off exploring the multitudes of recreational opportunities Montana has to offer.
