Marine Pump & Rotating Equipment Repairs

Bludworth Marine offers a suit of overhaul capabilities for marine hydraulic pump and rotating equipment repair including hydraulic marine repairs that can be performed both in house and on-site. Our team can work on any rotating equipment, pumps, cranes, and winches domestic or foreign.

Pump services on all prime mover, cargo, ballast and equipment pumps are provided. Services will include ship rudder repairs, machining wearable parts, mechanical seals, part reverse engineering, and commercial pump services. We are experienced in all pump manufacturers including Byron Jackson, Goulds, and IMO. We are also an officially licensed maintenance facility for Leistritz.

Other equipment such as capstans, air compressors, tow winches, OFTG upsetters, and anchor windlasses are also serviced. Services include a complete overhaul of the drive system, electrical, hydraulic, and wearable parts. Bench test are available upon request. Additionally, the Bludworth repair team services heavy equipment rigging, removal, installation and alignment.
